Kidnapper pleads guilty

Frank James Milligan admitted everything July 9.He kidnapped a boy from Dallas City Park a year ago. He molested him, slashed his throat and left him for dead.Milligan, 32, faces 30 years in jail in addition to a six-year prison term he's already serving.

Resident charged with arson in house fire

A resident in a home that burned June 30 has been arrested for arson in the first degree. Alvin Patrick Swearingen, 36, lived at the home at 16790 Ellendale Road outside of Dallas with his mohter, brother and sister-in-law.
