Starkey-McMullin

Katie Starkey of Monmouth and Michael McMullin of Dallas are planning a December wedding.

The bride-to-be is the daughter of Phil and Debbie Starkey of Hermiston.

Her fiance is the son of Jerry and Jo McMullin of Dallas.

Katie, a 2002 graduate of Hermiston High School, is a student at Western Oregon University.

Michael, a 2000 graduate of Dallas High School, is a student at Chemeketa Community College and a car detailer for McMullin Chevrolet in Dallas.

The wedding is set for Saturday, Dec. 16 at Oasis of Hope Church in Hermiston.

Filson-Latokhim

Jen Filson of Chicago and Sergey Latokhin of Chicago are planning a February 2007 wedding.

The bride-to-be is the daughter of Tom and Debbie Filson of Dallas.

Her fiance is the son of Uri and Galina Latokhin of Mindyak, Russia.

Jen, a 1998 graduate of Dallas High School and a 2002 graduate of the University of Idaho, is a dance teacher in Glenview, Ill., and dance performer at Noble Horse Theatre in Chicago.

Sergey, a 1998 graduate of Kazak University of Performing Arts, is also a performer at Noble Horse Theatre.

The wedding is set for Saturday, Feb. 24, 2007 in Las Vegas.

Flande-Schrouder

Lisa Hallauer Flande of Everett, Wash., formerly of Dallas, and Gregory Paul Schrouder of Everett are planning a November wedding.

The bride-to-be is the daughter of Joseph and Vicki Flande of Dallas.

Her fiance is the son of Don and Joan Schrouder of Eugene.

Lisa, a 1999 graduate of South Salem High School and a 2001 graduate of Umpqua Community College, is a paramedic in the Tacoma, Wash., area.

Gregory, a 1996 graduate of Sheldon High School in Eugene, attended Lane Community College. He is a nuclear engineering laboratory technician for the United States Navy stationed on the USS Abraham Lincoln CVN-72.

The wedding is set for Saturday, Nov. 25 at BeckenRidge Vineyard in Dallas.
