Rose Silbernagel of Monmouth and Heath Cokeley of Monmouth are planning a February 2008 wedding.

The bride-to-be is the daughter of Darin and Lisa Silbernagel of Monmouth. Her fiance is the son of Curt and Lyn Cokeley of Monmouth.

Rose and Heath are 2004 graduates of Central High School.

Rose is a student and employee at Western Oregon University and plans to graduate in December. Heath is manager of Luckiamute Domestic Water Cooperative.

The wedding is set for Saturday, Feb. 2, 2008, in Independence.



Theresa Warner of Independence and Jason Arnold of Dallas are planning a March 2008 wedding.

The bride-to-be is the daughter of Martin Warner of Independence. Her fiance is the son of Jay and Betsy Arnold of Dallas.

Theresa, a 2003 graduate of Santiam Christian High School in Adair, is a 2007 graduate of Western Oregon University with a degree in education. She is employed as a Home and Garden Party designer.

Jason, a 2004 graduate of Dallas Highs School, received an associate's degree in welding and fabrication from Chemeketa Community College in 2006. He works for White's Collision Service in Dallas.

The wedding is set for Saturday, March 8, 2008, at Valley Baptist Church in Perrydale.
