William Dean Hutchison Jr., 28, of Dallas on April 14 in the 200 block of Southwest Oak Street for driving under the influence of intoxicants, unlawful possession of less than an ounce of marijuana and driving with a suspended/revoked license.

Jimmy P. Davis, 29, of Dallas on April 13 in the 300 block of Northeast Kings Valley Highway for for theft II, unlawful entry into a vehicle ad criminal trespass II.

Heather Shannon Benz, 37, of Dallas on April 13 on Southwest Church Street for driving under the influence of intoxicants.

Timothy O'Brian Hoover, 44, of Dallas on April 10 in the 400 block of Northwest Alameda Street for failure to supervise a child.

MONMOUTH

Arrests / Citations

Lloyd Leroy Fry, 80, of Corvallis on April 19 at the intersection of Pacific Avenue and Jackson Street for driving with a suspended/revoked license and failure to return a suspended/revoked license.

Frederick Lee Hastings, 51, of Monmouth on April 17 in the 100 block of East Ackerman Street for harassment.

Aaron Eagle Watchman, 26, of Salem on April 16 at the intersection of Pacific Highway and Hoffman Road for driving with a suspended/revoked license and failure to carry/present a license.

Wesley Norman Kibby, 52, of Monmouth on April 13 in the 400 block of South Pacific Avenue for theft III.

David Zaragoza-Estrada, 25, of Independence on April 12 at the intersection of Heffley and Clay streets for failure to appear and failure to carry/present a license.

POLK COUNTY

COURT

Darrin Anderson was arraigned April 17 on a charge of felony driving while suspended. Trial date is set for June 3.

Victor Valera pled guilty on April 18 to a charge of public indecency and was sentenced to 30 days in jail by Judge Charles Luukinen.

Unique Jackson pled guilty on April 18 to a charge of escape in the third degree. She was sentenced to 14 days in jail and 18 months probation by Judge Charles Luukinen.

Nicholas T. Walker pled guilty on April 18 to being a felon in possession of a firearm, three counts of possession of a firearm in a public building and two counts of criminal impersonation of a peace officer. Sentencing was continued to May 29. Walker was arrested on Feb. 28 after entering three buildings on the Western Oregon University campus while dressed as a Marion County Sheriff and in possession of a handgun. He remains in jail pending sentencing.

Arcadio Gallegos-Guzman was arraigned April 21 on a charge of DUII. Trial date was set for June 12. He was conditionally released from jail by Judge William Horner.
