Jennifer Callender, 23, of Dallas on June 2 at the intersection of LaCreole Drive and Walnut Avenue for failure to carrying/present and operators license.

Jose Manuel Garcia Vera, 26, of McMinnville on June 1 at the intersection of Highway 22 and Perrydale Road for driving under the influence of intoxicants and driving with a suspended/revoked license.


John D. Palm, 31, on June 7 for theft I.

Leah Jeanne Thibeau, 40, of Keizer on June 7 at the intersection of C and 2nd streets for driving under the influence of intoxicants.

Michael Roger McLaughlin, 20, of Monmouth on June 5 in the 100 block of S Main Street for misrepresentation of age by a minor, being a minor in possession of alcohol, giving false information to a police officer and urinating in public.

Stanley Gene Ratcliff, Jr., 22, of Monmouth on June 5 in the 100 block of S Main Street for harassment.


Tam Bao Phung, 35, of Happy Valley on June 7 at the intersection of Myrtle Drive and Olive Way for failure to return a suspended/cancelled/revoked license.

Jesse Norman Tilford, 30, of Tigard on June 7 in the 200 block of N Pacific Avenue for furnishing/providing a place/giving alcohol or intoxicants to a minor.

Antonnio Letroy Harris, 22, of Monmouth on June 6 for contempt of court.

Salvador Martinez-Olvera, 25, of Salem on June 4 in Marion County for failure to appear at a scheduled Monmouth municipal court date.

Sarah Elizabeth Speelman, 22, of Monmouth on June 4 for contempt of court.



Charlie Rodney Samson, 46, Grand Ronde, was sentenced May 28 to 30 days in Polk County Jail. Samson was convicted by a jury May 22 for resisting arrest, interfering with a police officer and harassment.

Marc Florentio Rosas, 44, Independence, pled guilty May 29 to driving under the influence and was sentenced to probation.

Tito Ismaiel Aguilera, 24, Salem, pled guilty June 3 to assault in the third degree and was sentenced to 36 months probation and 45 days in jail. The assault involved spitting on a jail deputy.

Carl Edward McCrae, 33, West Salem, was convicted June 6 of driving under the influence of intoxicants. He was sentenced to 18 months probation, alcohol evaluation and treatment, 120 hours of community service, and had his driver's license suspended for three years. He was also ordered to pay fines, costs and assessments.
