Edgar Adan Campos-Trujillo, 31, of Monmouth at the intersection of Powell and Ecols streets on Sept. 11 for driving under the influence of intoxicants.
Manuel Rodriguez-Esparza, 26, of Independence in the 600 block of East Main Street on Sept. 7 for driving under the influence of intoxicants, failure to carry/present an operator's license and having liquor within an automobile.
Alexis Antonio Cuevas-Aguilar, 18, of Salem at the intersection of Clay and Catron streets on Sept. 7 for driving under the influence of intoxicants.
Timothy Benjamin Ross, 24, of Monmouth in the 100 block of Apple Street on Sept. 4 for harassment, criminal trespass I and disorderly conduct in the second degree.
POLK COUNTY COURT
Juventino Cervantes, 46, West Salem was convicted of contempt of court for having violated a restraining order and was sentenced Sept. 5 to six months in jail.
Earl Edward Jones, 47, Independence, pled guilty Sept. 8 to burglary in the second degree and was sentenced to 11 months in jail.
Linda Kay Stevens, 46, Cornelius, pled guilty Sept. 9 to two counts of forgery in the second degree and was sentenced to 15 months probation to include seven days in jail with credit for time served while the charge was pending.
Jami Wilson, 47, Dallas was acquitted Sept. 9 of all charges in a trial. Wilson had been charged with menacing and harassment.
Shaynga Bremner, 18, Silverton, pled guilty Sept. 9 to criminal trespass in the second degree and was sentenced to 10 days in jail.
Elizabeth Mary Russell, 22, Salem, pled guilty Sept. 9 to robbery in the third degree and was sentenced to 24 months probation to include 50 days which time could be waived upon completion of community service work and a GED program. She was also ordered to pay restitution.
Andrew Mitchell Griesen, 21, Salem, pled guilty Sept. 9 to DUII and was placed on 24 months probation. Griesen also admitted to violating his probation on a prior burglary charge was sentenced to six months in the custody of the state.
Cesar Pena Jr., 36, Independence, pled guilty Sept. 9 to possession of methamphetamine and was sentenced to 18 months probation.
Martin Robert Saldana, 18, Independence, was convicted Sept. 9 of disorderly conduct and was sentenced to 20 days in jail.
Jaime Carrasco, 31, Salem, pled guilty Sept. 10 and was sentenced to one year in jail and ordered to pat $17,862 in restitution costs stemming from a July 5 pursuit incident in West Salem. He was convicted of attempting to elude, attempted unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, reckless driving and criminal mischief.
James Smith, 34, Keizer, pled guilty Sept. 12 to kidnapping in the second degree and domestic violence assault in the fourth degree. He was sentenced to serve four years and seven months in prison.
Jeffrey James Lynch, 21, Salem, pled guilty to conspiracy to commit robbery and was sentenced to 40 months in prison.
Anthony Tyler Atchley, 24, Chiloquin, pled guilty to sex abuse in the second degree and was sentenced to 36 months probation.
