Ronco -- 60th

Paul and Betty Ronco of Pedee celebrated their 60th wedding anniversary on June 17 with a small family gathering at Dallas Retirement Village.

Paul Ronco and Betty Burbank were married June 17, 1949, at Monmouth Evangelical Church.

The Rev. Edward Fogg officiated the ceremony. Attendants were Ken Baney and Alice Humphrey.

Paul and Betty have resided in Polk County their entire lives.

Paul is a farmer and Betty a homemaker.

They are members of Pedee Evangelical Memorial Church and enjoy spending time with their family.

Their family includes Brad and Kathy Ronco of Falls City, Jim and Margaret Jarvis of Welches, Brenda Ronco of Dallas, Spencer and Jill Jones of Dallas, and Renee Ronco of the Netherlands. They have eight grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.

Greco -- 25th

Stephen and Rachel Greco of Dallas celebrated their 25th wedding anniversary July 13 with a trip down the Oregon Coast hosted by their children.

Stephen Greco and Rachel Hickman were married July 13, 1984, at Virginia Tech in Blacksburg.

The couple has resided in Dallas for 20 years.

Stephen, a science and mechanical engineer, teaches math at Western Oregon University in Monmouth.

Rachel has owned and operated Grandma's Attic Sewing Emporium Inc. quilt shop for the past 15 years.

Having been married on a Friday the 13th, the couple has celebrated all 42 Friday the 13ths since their wedding day.

Their family includes Kyle Baker, Seana Baker and Leah Elliott, all of Dallas, Dannielle Stahly of Redding, Calif., Melissa Greco of Monmouth, and one granddaughter.
