Alan Jackson Thomas, 18, a transient from Salem, in the 300 block of Main St. on Jan. 30 for second-degree theft from a building and a bench warrant for failure to appear.
Victor Hugo Gil, 26, of Dallas, a transient in Dallas, in the 300 block of Main St. on Jan. 30 for second-degree theft from a building.
Brittany Rochelle Blacklaw, 30 of Dallas, at SW Fairview Ave. and SW Maple St. on Feb. 1 for possession of methamphetamine.
Lester Alexander Woods, 22, of Monmouth, in the 1000 block of S. Fourth St. on Jan. 27 for second-degree aggravated assault.
Luis R. Perez Ramos, 42, of Salem, in the 100 block of Monmouth St. on Jan. 28 for driving under the influence of intoxicants — alcohol, hit-and-run, and second-degree disorderly conduct.
Ashlynn Haley Englund, 20, of Willamina, at S. Main and B sts. on Jan. 31 for driving under the influence of intoxicants — marijuana.
Jacob Adam Waldher, 19, of Corvallis, on Jan. 23 in the 400 block of Atwater St. S. for motor vehicle theft. Waldher was charged on the same day in the 300 block of Ecols St. S. for unlawful entry of a vehicle with intent to commit theft and second-degree theft — receiving stolen goods. On Jan. 24, Waldher was charged in the 500 block of Yellowstone Dr. for first-degree burglary and first-degree theft. He was charged with second-degree criminal mischief at Gwinn St. E. and Yellowstone Dr. In the 1600 block of Teton Dr., he was charged with first-degree burglary. At a different residence than the one above, also in the 500 block of Yellowstone Dr. he was charged with first-degree burglary and second-degree theft. In the 400 block of Warren St. S., he was charged with first-degree burglary.
Michael Richard Nelson, 48, of Salem, in the 500 block of Gwinn St. E. on Friday for physical harassment.
