Juliet Riley Conway was born to J. Matthew Conway and Mallory Kelley of Monmouth at 4:06 a.m. on Nov. 4 at Salem Hospital Family Birth Center.
She weighed 6 pounds, 15 ounces, and was 18 inches long.
Juliet is the couple's first child.
Grandparents are Ron and Karen Conway of Monmouth and Tim and Cassie Kelley of Redland.
Great-grandparents are Virginia Foerst of Lawndale, Calif., and Kathy Kelley of Brea, Calif.
