Jaeger -- 25th
Fred and Connie Jaeger of Dallas will celebrate their 25th wedding anniversary on Jan. 2 with a trip to Arizona.
Fred Jaeger and Connie Schmidt were married on Jan. 2, 1988, at People's Church in Salem. Phil Davis performed the ceremony. The couple was attended by Cheryl Russell, Carol Nelson, Frank Jaeger and Randy Jaeger.
The couple has lived in Polk County for all of their married lives.
Fred retired in 2006 as a construction superintendent for Marion Construction in Salem. Connie works as a nurse practitioner at Polk County Public Health.
The couple attends West Salem Foursquare Church. They enjoy participating in church activities, camping, traveling and motorcycling.
Their family includes Valerie and Kimberly, both of Dallas.
