Moen
Connor James Moen was born to Erik and Deborah Moen of Tualatin at 5:12 a.m. on Nov. 15 at Legacy Meridian Park Medical Center in Tualatin.
He weighed 7 pounds, 5 ounces, and was 19 inches long.
Connor joins Hannah, 3.
Grandparents are Kevin and Nancy Moen of Dallas and John and Lu Ann Meyer of Dallas.
Great-grandparents are Peg Olson of Dallas and Donna Moen of Keizer.

Wilkerson
Blake Michael Wilkerson was born to Jon and Stacy Wilkerson of Dallas at 1:28 p.m. on Dec. 31 at Willamette Valley Medical Center in McMinnville.
He weighed 8 pounds, 2 ounces, and was 20 1/2 inches long.
Blake is the couple's first child.
Grandparents are Terri Reeher of Dallas, Mike and Robyn Wilkerson of Keizer, Cherie Smith of Dallas and Irvin Yoder of Rankin, Texas.
Great-grandparents are Galeon and Loretta Bryce of Sparks, Nev.

Emma Jolene Bartlett was born to Scott Bartlett and Heather Diehm of Dallas at 7:55 a.m. on Jan. 1 at Salem Hospital Family Birth Center.
She weighed 6 pounds, 2 ounces, and was 18 1/2 inches long.
Emma joins Jeannie, 6.
Grandparents are Bob and Sandy Rowell of Dallas, Bill Diehm of Falls City and Sandy Diehm of Independence.

Asher Louis Coon was born to Donald II and Kalynn Coon of Dallas at 12:51 p.m. on Jan. 1 at Silverton Hospital Family Birth Center.
He weighed 8 pounds, 13 ounces, and was 20 inches long.
Asher is the couple's first child.

Xzavier David Ceja was born to Javier and Cassie Ceja of Dallas at 1:33 a.m. on Jan. 7 at Silverton Hospital Family Birth Center.
He weighed 7 pounds, 15 ounces, and was 20 1/2 inches long.
Xzavier joins MaKaylah, 8, and Miranda, 4.
Grandparents are Javier Ceja of Salem, Tammy Lopes of Salem and Ed Bennett of Salem.

Hogeland Twins
Sophia Marie Hogeland and Alexandria Shelby Hogeland were born to Daniel and Elizabeth Hogeland of Dallas on Jan. 13 at Salem Hospital Family Birth Center.
Sophia was born at 1:02 a.m. She weighed 6 pounds, 6 ounces, and was 18 inches long.
Alexandria was born at 1:03 a.m. She weighed 6 pounds, 1 ounce, and was 19 inches long.
The twins join Logan, 1 1/2.

Wyatt Christopher Pederson was born to Steven and Felicia Pederson of Falls City at 4:04 p.m. on Jan. 13 at Salem Hospital Family Birth Center.

Wyatt joins Alyssa, 2.
