RICKREALL -- The Polk County Fair is right around the corner and the deadline for entries in a number of areas is fast approaching.

RICKREALL -- The Polk County Fair is right around the corner and the deadline for entries in a number of areas is fast approaching.

Entries are being accepted from noon to 8 p.m. on the designed day in the following divisions:

* Monday -- Fine arts, photography, crafts, textiles, and youth arts and crafts.

* Tuesday -- Foods.

* Wednesday, Aug. 8 -- Grains, honey, forestry, floriculture and horticulture.
