* Jose M. Chavez-Haynes, 22, of Independence in Dallas City Park on Aug. 28 on a charge of drinking alcohol in public.

* Nicholas Collinsworth, 26, of Dallas on Southwest Fairview Avenue on Thursday on a probation violation.

* Doroteo Rocha Alvarado, 45, of Independence at 30 S. Gun Club Road on Aug. 28 for two counts of sex abuse in the first degree.

* Samantha Alicia Arevalo, 22, of Keizer on Aug. 28 for failure to appear.

Arrests/Citations

* Michael Lee McJunkin, 60, of Dallas at the intersection of Pacific Highway North and Church Street on Aug. 26 for driving under the influence of intoxicants.

* John Aaron Hoy, 20, of Monmouth in the 100 block of Catron Street on Aug. 29 for harassment and disorderly conduct in the second degree.

* Shawn Christopher Cox, 26, of Monmouth at the intersection of Church Street and Stadium Drive on Aug. 29 for driving under the influence of intoxicants and unlawful entry into a vehicle.

* Kimberly Ann Dunigan, 52, of Monmouth in the 300 block of Powell Street East on Thursday for harassment.
