Pape, 30, of Dallas in the the 400 block of East Ellendale Avenue on Thursday on charges of child neglect II, endangering the welfare of a minor and unlawful possession of less than an ounce of marijuana.

* Jeffery D. Lytle, 51, of Dallas in the 1000 block of Southwest Maple Street on Thursday on a charge of assault IV.
