Heating assistance applications available

POLK COUNTY -- Mid-Willamette Valley Community Action Agency is now scheduling appointments to assist households with their heating expenses through its Low-Income Heating Energy Assistance Program.

POLK COUNTY -- Mid-Willamette Valley Community Action Agency is now scheduling appointments to assist households with their heating expenses through its Low-Income Heating Energy Assistance Program.

Residents of Polk County with a household income within the 60 percent median income guidelines (Oregon statewide average) may apply.

The energy assistant applicant must be the account holder of the heating utility to qualify.
