DALLAS -- Friends of the Dallas Public Library will conduct a silent auction fundraiser beginning Tuesday.
The Friends of the Library have original artwork by local artist Karolyn Eiseman on display for you to bid on.
Eiseman's art has been exhibited in The Oakland Art Gallery, San Francisco Women's Art Display; Lodi Art Annual; Labaudt Gallery; San Jose Library; Portland Museum Gallery; Dallas Retirement Center; and at the Dallas Public Library.
She has been featured in the book "Artists in California, 1786-1940" by Edan Hughes.
After moving to Dallas, Eiseman donated a painting to the children's section of the Dallas Public Library.
The silent auction takes place at the Dallas Public Library, 950 Main St., through Feb. 12.
Eiseman's artwork may be viewed during regular library hours: Monday, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.; Tuesday and Wednesday, 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.; and Friday and Saturday, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
All funds raised through the silent auction will benefit the Dallas Public Library.
