In a story headlined "Valentine's business is blooming," which appeared on Pages 1A and 14A of the Feb. 13 issue of the Itemizer-Observer, a reporter incorrectly wrote that Linda Taylor ran a gift shop in Alaska for 14 years. Taylor ran a florist shop in Sheridan for 14 years before moving to Homer, Alaska, where she ran a gift shop for three years.
The I-O regrets the error.

In a cutline for a photograph that accompanied a story headlined "Chess more than a game," which appeared on Page 18A of the Feb. 13 issue of the Itemizer-Observer, Triston Wallen was misidentified as Joseph Harriman. The error was due to incorrect information provided to the newspaper.
