WOU: Western Oregon to host baseball camps

MONMOUTH -- The Western Oregon University baseball program will host six camps to assist local youths and high school baseball players in their preparation for the upcoming season.

MONMOUTH -- The Western Oregon University baseball program will host six camps to assist local youths and high school baseball players in their preparation for the upcoming season.

Cost is $85.

Each camp will focus on the development of specific baseball skills and techniques. The camps will be held at the Physical Education Building and on the WOU baseball field, which now features field turf. The camps are open to anyone 8-18 years of age.

All camps will be hosted by Western Oregon baseball head coach Kellen Walker and WOU baseball players.
