MONMOUTH -- The Western Oregon University football program signed 17 student-athletes to National Letters of Intent Feb. 6, the first day of the signing period.

MONMOUTH -- The Western Oregon University football program signed 17 student-athletes to National Letters of Intent Feb. 6, the first day of the signing period.
