A devoted wife and mother, Lenora (Bubbles) is survived by her Loving Husband of 56 years, Jerry Lanig Sr.; her children, Jerry Lanig Jr., Tirzha Masten (Lanig), Scott Lanig, eight grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren. Beloved grandmother and great-grandmother Lenora attended Dallas High School and settled with her husband Jerry in Albany.
She was an avid reader, involved in women’s clubs, PTA, Scouts and much more. She was an assistant speech therapist and loved to bowl. She was league secretary on both Friday and Sunday nights at ABC lanes in Albany for many years.
Family was everything to Len, she made a beautiful home, loved camping, arrowhead hunting, music, dancing and playing cards. She surrounded herself with friends who loved to laugh.
After her children were grown, she opened Grandma’s Day Care, where she cared for and raised the next generation of children. This endeavor was near and dear to her heart.
She retired in 1999 and moved to Lebanon, where she continued to camp along the Oregon coast, Bend and La Pine were favorite spots. She loved to socialize and play cards with her best friends Steve and Penny Schuld, of Lacombe.
Her passing was too soon; we all share the pain of her absence. We Love You.
