NOTICE OF ADOPTION OF THE SOUTH DALLAS URBAN RENEWAL PLAN
The City Council of the City of Dallas has adopted Ordinance No.1876 on August 15, 2022 approving the South Dallas Urban Renewal Plan. The Plan has been adopted in conformance with the applicable legal requirements and shall be conclusively presumed valid for all purposes 90 days after the adoption of the ordinance. No direct or collateral attack on the action may thereafter be commenced.
